A relative newcomer to CCMH, March’s Employee of the Month Marti Claud is already making a positive impact on patients and staff. And she feels the same way about working at CCMH.
"Great people, great boss, and great job," she said about the best things about working at the Hospital.
Working at CCMH since 2012, Claud works as a pharmacy technician, refilling medications in the Omnicell and ordering medications.
She previously worked at Remedies Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician. She’s very modest when talking about the reasons for her Employee of the Month award.
" Just doing my job correctly. I hope," she said.
Claud cites great patient care and friendly staff that sets CCMH apart from other hospitals.
A native of Avalon, Mo., Claud now lives in Carrollton with her husband, Michael, and two sons, Gage, a senior in high school, and Gavin, a 5th grader.
"We keep very busy with sports," Claud said.
